1. Order Fulfillment
Orders are processed Monday through Friday between 9am and 1pm. Orders typically ship within 48 hours. So if you place an order on Monday at 11am, it will likely go out same day. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be processed on the following business day.
Confirmation emails will be sent to confirm your order, and again to confirm when they have been shipped. Order tracking is only available with the UPS shipping options.
Digital downloads will trigger an email containing a link to download your files, and are delivered immediately upon checkout. If you do not receive your downloads within an hour, please contact us
2. Shipping
Domestic Shipping Options
We ship domestic orders via USPS or UPS, depending on your needs. Please note order tracking is only available via UPS.
International Shipping Options:

- Allows for packages of any weight

- Allows for packages of any weight

International Shipping Notice
IMPORTANT: Oftentimes, international packages are delayed by customs when entering a foreign country, and can take longer than usual to be delivered. Other times, packages are held by a local post office for similar reasons.
We recommend that you first visit your local post office to inquire about your package before contacting us. Please allow up to four weeks for delivery, particularly in Central Europe.
If your order is being shipped outside a major city, we highly recommend using the UPS option to enable tracking.
3. Digital Downloads
All digital downloads are delivered via email to the address used to place your order. Orders are delivered immediately upon checkout and should arrive along with or shortly after your order confirmation email.
If you do not receive your email, please double check that you entered your email correctly. If you do not receive an order confirmation, it’s likely your downloads will not arrive either. Be sure to check your spam folder as well if this is your first time ordering from us.
Most downloads arrive in .ZIP format.
- MAC Users
- Stuffit should unzip the file automatically
- Windows Vista / XP Users
- Right click the .ZIP file and select “Extract to…”, then pick a directory to extract your files.
- Windows 2000 or before
- Download an extraction program (i.e. 7-zip), then follow the instructions above.
Other downloads arrive either as .MP3 or .WAV files. In those cases, you should be able to play directly in your music player or iPod.
Other suggestions:
- Do not download while connected to a free Wi-Fi service or public network (downloads can be dropped)
- Download your releases one at a time instead of multiple downloads

4. Returns
All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the shipping date.
The Ghostly Store accepts unconditional returns on the following items:
- product that arrived damaged
- unopened media (must be in original, unopened packaging)
- unworn clothing and accessories (clothing and accessories must be fit for resale i.e. unused, unwashed)
Open, defective media can only be exchanged for the same title.

6. Prints
Editions
Ghostly International Editions are printed in either limited editions or open editions, depending on the particular piece of artwork or format. All of our PDLs (print + download) are produced in open (non-numbered) editions which may be closed at the company's discretion. Our limited editions are numbered to a specific quantity. Prior to issuing a print, we establish an edition size with the artist and agree to honor this size. Once a particular edition has been closed or sold out, it will never be available again.
Authenticity
Each GIE print comes with an artist signed certificate of authenticity. The certificate is printed on archival paper and signed by the artist. Depending on whether the artwork is a limited or open edition, the certificate may include the number of the edition as well. By using certificates instead of direct signatures, we minimize the potential for damaging the actual print.
